The second year is structured in a similar way to the first. However, the biggest difference is that you will be actively involved in supporting and leading areas of GOSPELTRIBE, and the BMS.
Here a few potential areas that students will be involved in: co-leading the 3-month missions trip, leading an evangelism group, planning and leading outreaches, participating in devotions and lessons, housekeeping responsibilities, etc. This enables students to experience and fulfill tasks faced by ministry pioneers, all in a protected environment.
As GOSPELTRIBE leaders and co-workers, we want to support you and help you reflect on what you have learned in a weekly feedback meeting. We also see it as our responsibility to accompany pioneer teams or new ministries birthed out of the BMS. We pray that over the coming years God will call forth many young people who will carry the gospel into the world, and start up new ministries and churches.
Miriam (28): "I really enjoyed leading the L.A.D.E.N.33 service. I learned how to sustain a vision, how important accountability is, and how you can give encouraging feedback.“
